I am so excited to share the Sensory Self-Care workbook with you!

I suffer from anxiety and depression and am always looking for tools that fit my lifestyle that will help me manage when I feel dysregulated. With my BA in psychology, I have always been fascinated with human behaviour and how one tool can work sometimes, and not other times. Or how one technique is successful for some people and not for others. My goal with Embrace Network is to provide as many resources as I can to support as many people as I can.
